dc.description.abstract | This article is related to nursing education. It concentrates on one of the main fields of the nursing
discipline, that training. Thus, it studies the integration of reflective practice in nursing training as a
condition for professionalization, especially with the reforms that have crossed this field of nursing
training and the wind of change that has blown on the teaching/learning strategies adopted by
nursing teacher trainers in Morocco. The article also attempts to shed light on the main limitations
