Exiliadas de la Guerra civil española. Reflexiones sobre su literatura desde el concepto género-exilio

Abstract

El presente artículo se basa, como matriz de análisis, en el concepto género-exilio para examinar la obra de exiliadas de la Guerra civil española. El artículo analiza la producción de dichas autoras, y su significado político e intelectual en la Edad de Plata, durante la Segunda República, y en el destierro. Además del valor que supone el recuperar los testimonios en los que la mujer habla como sujeto histórico, ahondar en sus experiencias tiene un significado más amplio sobre el que se reflexiona en el artículo: descentrar la homogeneidad geográfica, cuestionar el carácter homosocial del canon cultural/político español, y contribuir con los estudios que hoy en día investigan sus límites y márgenes.

Gender-exile is the concept that articulates the analysis proposed in this article to examine the literary work of women exiles from the Spanish Civil War. The article aims to analyze production of these authors, and their political and intellectual significance in the Edad de Plata, during the Second Republic, and in exile. In addition to the value of recovering the testimonies in which women speak as historical subjects, delving into their experiences has a broader meaning that is reflected in the article: it aims to question the homosocial nature of the cultural and political canon in Spain. And to contribute to the studies that today investigate the limits and margins of such canon.
