Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación consiste en analizarlos diferentes usos de la construcción en plan entre hablantes de español de la comunidad urbana de Sevilla. Para ello, se han utilizado 72 entrevistas semidirigidas recogidas entre 2009 y 2018 que forman parte del corpus PRESEEA en la ciudad. Realizamos, así, un estudio cualitativo y cuantitativo de los distintos usos y funciones de en plan y su distribución sociolingüística. Los resultados muestran que la estructura en plan se utiliza en la ciudad hispalense mayoritariamente como marcador discursivo. En este caso, la función más empleada es la de reformulador explicativo. Con respecto a los criterios sociales, son las mujeres con grado de instrucción media, de primera generación las que mayor uso hacen de esta expresión.

The aim of this research is to determine the different employsof the construction en plan among Sevillian Spanish native speakers. For this, we use a sample of 72 oral semi-controlled interviews collected between 2009 and 2018 and taken from the PRESEEA-Seville oral corpus. Thus, we realize a quantitative and qualitative study of the different uses and functions of this construction and its sociolinguistic distribution. Results illustrate that en plan is overwhelmingly employed as a discourse marker in the city of Seville. Consequently, explanatory reformulator is the most commonfunction of the construction en plan. Regarding the social factors, the first generation and women of medium sociolect show a bigger tendency to the usage of this expression.
