Résumé
Currently, there is concern about following an active and healthy lifestyle in the adolescent
population. This is why the present research aims to conduct a systematic review covering the period
2017–2022 in order to analyse the levels of physical activity and adherence to the Mediterranean diet
in the adolescent population. A search of the scientific literature was carried out in theWeb of Sciences
and Scopus databases during the month of December 2022. The search was carried out in the main
collection of the database, limiting the time range to the last five years (2017–2022). The following
structure was used to carry out the research search: “Physical Activit*” and “Mediterranean Diet” and
“Adolescents”. In conclusion, it has been noted that the practice of any sport shows numerous benefits
in anthropometric, respiratory, and physical factors. In addition, increased physical activity time
is positively associated with increased adherence to the Mediterranean Diet, which has numerous
academic, physical, and psychological health benefits.
