A search of the scientific literature was carried out in theWeb of Sciences and Scopus databases during the month of December 2022. The search was carried out in the main collection of the database, limiting the time range to the last five years (2017–2022). The following structure was used to carry out the research search: “Physical Activit*” and “Mediterranean Diet” and “Adolescents”.
