Análisis de actitudes sexistas y estereotipos de género en los trabajadores de asociaciones, organizaciones y centros de Melilla

Abstract

La investigación se llevó a cabo para analizar el grado de actitudes sexistas y los estereotipos de género que tienen los trabajadores de las organizaciones de la Ciudad Autónoma de Melilla. La muestra quedó constituida por 151 participantes de los cuales el 68,2% son mujeres y el 31,8% hombres. Se analizaron los resultados obtenidos para analizar si existen diferencias en función de los datos sociodemográficos. La metodología ha sido de carácter cuantitativo, utilizando dos cuestionarios. En cuanto al sexismo y a los estereotipos de género, aquellos que se identificaban con la cultura Amazigh, presentan mayores actitudes sexistas.

The research was carried out to analyze the degree of sexist attitudes and gender stereotypes that the workers of the organizations of the Autonomous City of Melilla have. The sample was made up of 151 participants, of whom 68.2% are women and 31.8% men. The results obtained were analyzed to analyze whether there are differences based on sociodemographic data. The methodology has been quantitative, using two questionnaires. Regarding sexism and gender stereotypes, those who identified themselves with the Amazigh culture, present greater sexist attitudes.
