Resumen
The present study examined migrant workers' perceptions of psychological difficulties in a sample of
689 migrant workers in Binh Duong province,VietNam. Participants' ages ranged from 18 to above 35
years old at several companies in Binh Duong province. This study was analyzed based on a
questionnaire that measured the level of psychological difficulty. A three-step data analysis plan was
indicated that included: mean and standardize, correlation, and t-test. Research indicated that (1) The
factor of internal psychological difficulties of migrant workers more than the factor of external
psychological difficulties. (2) There is a correlation between internal psychological needs and external
psychological needs. (3) Gender differences in psychological difficulty were observed. In addition,
this study shows the perception of migrant workers about psychological difficulties at work.
