Perfil del profesorado de Formación y Orientación Laboral en los Centros Públicos de Galicia

Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es presentar el perfil académico y profesional del profesorado que imparte el módulo de Formación y Orientación Laboral, para ello se mostrarán datos de un estudio (Sanjuán, 2008) realizado durante el curso académico 2006-2007 en los centros públicos de Galicia. Mostraremos cual fue la formación inicial y la formación en servicio de este profesorado, las diferencias en el nivel de cualificación y en la especialidad; además, veremos el voluntarismo al que estuvo sujeta su formación pedagógica y, por último, comprobaremos cómo la formación en servicio tiene un seguimiento desigual.

The aim of this paper is to present the academic and professional profile for teachers of Training Module and Employment Guidance, for that we will display data from a study (Sanjuán, 2008) that was carried out during the academic year 2006-2007 in the public schools in Galicia. We will show how was the initial and in-service training of the teachers, differences in the level of qualification and specialty; also, we analyze the voluntarism that was subject to their teacher training and, finally, we shall see how in-service training has a different treatment.
