Uma análise do conceito de função sob a perspectiva da idoneidade epistêmica do Enfoque Ontosemiótico

Abstract

Esse artigo apresenta uma análise da noção de Função, apresentada em um livro didático de Matemática do primeiro ano do Ensino Médio da educação básica brasileira, sob a perspectiva da Idoneidade Epistêmica, categoria da Idoneidade Didática, no âmbito do Enfoque Ontosemiótico do Conhecimento e a Instrução Matemática (EOS). Esta análise se faz pertinente, uma vez que é parte integrante de uma investigação que visa desenvolver um projeto educativo, com foco no estudo de Funções, tomando como referência os pressupostos do EOS. A análise produzida permitiu perceber a presença dos componentes da Idoneidade Epistêmica, destacando-se situações-problema, regras e linguagem observando-se, porém, que argumentos e relações não tem presença significativa do material analisado.

In this paper we present an analysis of the concept of Function developed in a Mathematics textbook used with the first year of High School students in Brazil, from the perspective of Epistemological Suitability, and the Didactic Suitability category, in the scope of Onto-Semiotic Approach for Mathematical Cognition and Instruction (EOS). The importance of such analysis lies in the fact that it is part of an investigation about the development of an educational project focused on the study of Functions, based on the theoretical framework of EOS. The analysis afforded to observe the presence of Epistemic Suitability components, mainly problem-situations, rules, and language, although the arguments and relationships were not significantly present in the material analysed
