dc.description.abstractLas manifestaciones dermatológicas en el paciente con infección por VIH son muy frecuentes, y a menudo pueden ser el primer síntoma que nos lleve a sospechar y realizar el diagnóstico de seropositividad o SIDA establecido. Existen múltiples enfermedades de piel que podemos encontrar en el paciente VIH+ y que de forma didáctica se pueden agrupar en: dermatosis infecciosas, inflamatorias y neoplásicas. También cabe destacar el síndrome inflamatorio de reconstitución inmune, muy frecuente desde el inicio del TARGA.es_ES
dc.description.abstractDermatological manifestations in patients with HIV infection are very common, and can often be the first sign that leads us to suspect and make the diagnosis of HIV infection or AIDS established. There are many skin diseases that we can be found in HIV + patients and we can be grouped them into: infectious dermatoses, inflammatory and neoplastic. Also it is relevant the immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome, very common from the start of HAART.es_ES
