Abstract
Dermatological manifestations in patients with HIV infection are very common, and can often be the first sign
that leads us to suspect and make the diagnosis of HIV infection or AIDS established. There are many skin
diseases that we can be found in HIV + patients and we can be grouped them into: infectious dermatoses,
inflammatory and neoplastic. Also it is relevant the immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome, very
common from the start of HAART.
