Abstract

El estudio sistemático de las Estadísticas de la Contribución de Utilidades en las décadas iniciales del siglo XX nos permite adentrarnos en complejas cuestiones referentes a la demografía empresarial andaluza y española durante una etapa decisiva para el proceso de modernización del sistema financiero y para la difusión de la revolución organizativa que representaba la difusión de las sociedades anónimas.

The systematic study of the statistics concerning the Corporations Profit Tax from the first decades of the 20th century allows the analysis of complex questions about Andalusian and Spanish business history in the critical stage of the emergence of the modern financial system and the diffusion of the organizational revolution represented by the modern corporation.
