Leyendas y mitos de terror: Una exploración de los miedos del mundo a través de una propuesta artística personal

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente Trabajo Final de Máster lleva a cabo la representación de distintas leyendas de terror de diferentes culturas en un formato de caja tridimensional o diorama. Las leyendas que se representan, por su gran valor cultural e importancia, son: Krampus, El silbón, Kuchisake-Onna y La Llorona. Se busca exponer la riqueza cultural y preservar estas historias. Para elaborar correctamente el trabajo se ha realizado una previa investigación sobre las distintas leyendas y su papel en el folklore de cada cultura, y a su vez se ha realizado una investigación sobre el lenguaje del color, para posteriormente elegir un color que represente cada leyenda para añadir pequeños toques de color que represente la sensación que me genera cada historia (sensación sinestésica). El resultado son cuatro dioramas, donde el espectador conocerá las leyendas y se verá inmerso en ellas.

ABSTRACT: This Master's Final Project represents different horror legends from different cultures in a three-dimensional box or diorama format. The legends that are represented, due to their great cultural value and importance, are: Krampus, The Whistler, Kuchisake-Onna and La Llorona. The aim is to expose the cultural richness and preserve these stories. To correctly prepare the work, a previous research has been carried out on the different legends and their role in the folklore of each culture, and at the same time a research has been carried out on the language of color, to later choose a color that represents each legend to add small touches of color that represents the sensation that each story generates in me (synesthetic sensation). The result is four dioramas, where the viewer will learn about the legends and be immersed in them.
