El amor sáfico en tres obras de Mrina Tsivietáieva. Estudio comparado de La amiga, Carta a la Amazonia y El relato de Sóniechka

Abstract

Este trabajo busca analizar los elementos sáficos en la obra de Marina Tsvietáieva desde una perspectiva teórica y comparada, con especial foco en el tema del deseo y los motivos que lo acompañan en sus diferentes formas. Para ello profundizaremos en la cuestión a través del estudio del poemario La amiga, Carta a la Amazona y El relato de Sóniechka. Estas tres obras representan tres formas distintas de formalizar el tema de las relaciones sáficas en la escritura de la autora y, en consecuencia, operan con diferentes mecanismos que afectan a la presencia y evolución de los diversos motivos asociados al tema, como los roles de la mayor y la menor en el amor sáfico, la dimensión erótica del deseo o la importancia gestual de las manos.

This paper aims to analyse the sapphic elements in the Marina Tsvetaeva’s work from a literary theory perspective, focusing on the theme of sapphic desire and the motives attached to its different forms. To do so, we will deepen on the matter through the study of the poem collection Girlfriend, the Letter to the Amazon and Sonechka’s Tale. These works represent three different ways of formalising the sapphic relations and consequently operate with different machanisms. This form divergence affects the presence and evolution of the various motives associated with the theme.
