Las dimensiones constitucionales de la Unión económica y Monetaria Europea

Abstract

El estudio proporciona un conocimiento exhaustivo y sistemático del proceso de creación de la Unión Económica y Monetaria europea, detallando el modelo adoptado por el TUE y su evolución a partir del Derecho derivado, hasta la reciente adopción del Tratado MEDE y del TECG, así como los paquetes normativos Six Pack y Two Pack, y de las implicaciones constitucionales evidenciadas por diferentes Tribunales Constitucionales europeos.

The study provides an exhaustive and systematic knowledge of the process of creation of the European Economic and Monetary Union, detailing the model adopted by the TEU and its evolution from secondary legislation to the recent adoption of the ESM Treaty and the TSCG, as well as the Six Pack and Two Pack regulatory packages, and the constitutional implications highlighted by different European Constitutional Courts.
