La mirada de un docente: reflexiones sobre la transformación de la Educación Secundaria Obligatoria

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se presentan las reflexiones de un docente de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria tras haber desarrollado su labor en el mismo centro educativo durante 25 años. Las reflexiones se plantean en torno a tres ejes principales: legislación, docentes y familias. Los años de experiencia permiten realizar este tipo de reflexiones con una perspectiva capaz de considerar la evolución que han tenido estos aspectos fundamentales en el ámbito educativo a lo largo de los años. Lo que se pretende es aportar un punto de vista con la intención de que sirva a otros docentes en dos sentidos: el primero de ellos, aportar la visión propia de un centro en concreto; el segundo, animar a todos los docentes a que realicen ejercicios de reflexión sobre su desempeño en el aula, tanto con los alumnos como con sus familias, teniendo siempre presentes las necesidades que presenten y que, como todo, van cambiando con el paso del tiempo.

In the present work the reflections of a teacher of Compulsory Secondary Education are presented after having developed his work in the same educational center for 25 years. The reflections are raised around three main axes: legislation, teachers and families. Years of experience allow us to carry out this type of reflection with a perspective capable of considering the evolution that these fundamental aspects have had in the educational field over the years. What is intended is to provide a point of view with the intention of serving other teachers in two ways: the first, to provide the vision of a specific center; The second is to encourage all teachers to carry out reflection exercises on their performance in the classroom, both with students and with their families, always keeping in mind the needs they present and which, like everything else, change over time.
