Aportación al estudio del control de calidad de ampollas para usos farmacéuticos

Abstract

Se realizan, sobre ampollas de vidrio, ensayos de resistencia térmica, determinación del extracto seco y del paso de la luz, siguiendo los métodos indicados por algunas farmacopeas. De los datos obtenidos se concluye que dichas ampollas cumplen con los requisitos exigidos, si bien puede tener mayor interés el uso de alguno en concreto. Con respecto al ensayo que indica la farmacopea helvética del paso de luz, proponemos algunas modificaciones.

Tests of thermal resistence, determination of dry extract and light passing are realized over glass blobs, conforming to the indicated methods by sorne pharmacopeas. From the obtained data, we conclude that the saying blobs have satisfied the required requisites, although the use of some in concrete may be of greater interest. As regards the test that the helvetic pharmacopea indicates about the light passing, we propose sorne modifications.
