El objetivo general de esta tesis es:
Describir el desenlace clínico (la mortalidad e ingreso en UCI) de los pacientes ingresados
por neumonía moderada grave por SARS‐CoV‐2 confirmada e hiperinflamación en
función de haber recibido tratamiento con corticoides, tocilizumab y/o anakinra en el
periodo comprendido entre el 15 de Marzo y el 15 de Mayo de 2020.
Los objetivos secundarios son los siguientes:
‐ Describir las características epidemiológicas de los pacientes ingresados con neumonía
moderada grave COVID‐19.
‐ Analizar si existen diferencias en los parámetros analíticos y datos radiológicos entre
los distintos grupos de tratamiento.
‐ Tratar de identificar perfiles de pacientes en base a datos clínicos y/o analíticos
asociados con una buena respuesta a los distintos tratamientos empleados.
