Innovación de los Programas de Mejora del Aprendizaje y del Rendimiento en la tutoría (PMAR): Mi historia

Abstract

“Mi historia” es una propuesta innovadora para el Plan de Acción Tutorial de los Programas de Mejora del Aprendizaje y del Rendimiento para los cursos de 2.º y 3.º de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria. La motivación fundamental de este proyecto reside en la idea de convertir al alumnado en protagonista y partícipe activo en el aula. “Mi historia” es una oportunidad de descubrir cómo aprende cada alumno y alumna, y qué aptitudes y aficiones albergan. A través de este rol protagonista se intenta afianzar el interés del alumnado de PMAR por la educación y los nuevos aprendizajes. Para ello, se recurre a un formato que comparte fuertes similitudes con las redes sociales como Instagram. Además, se utiliza la dramatización como metodología que implique al alumnado y adopte roles específicos que le permitan desarrollar aspectos como: el autoconcepto y la autoestima, las habilidades sociales y relaciones afectivas, la educación emocional, aprender a aprender o la orientación profesional y vocacional.

"My Story" is an innovative proposal for the Tutorial Action Plan of the Learning and Performance Improvement Programmes for the 2nd and 3rd year courses of Compulsory Secondary Education. The fundamental motivation of this project rests on the idea of turning students into protagonists and active participants in the classroom. The classroom is made up of a heterogeneous group of people and it would be absurd to expect all of them to respond in the same way to the teachings transmitted by teachers. "My Story" is an opportunity to discover how each student learns, and what aptitudes and hobbies they harbour. Through this leading role we try to strengthen the interest of PMAR students for education and new learning. To this end, and in order to propose an attractive working style for the students, we use a format that shares strong similarities with social networks. Thus, the increasingly frequent connection of students with social networks is used to benefit their education. In addition, dramatization is used as a methodology that involves students and adopts specific roles that allow them to develop aspects such as: self-concept and self-esteem, social skills and affective relationships, emotional education, learning to learn or professional and vocational guidance.
