MÚSICA POPULAR CONTEMPORÁNEA Y EDUCACIÓN EN VALORES: LA MOVIDA MADRILEÑA EN EL GRADO DE MAESTRO DE EDUCACIÓN PRIMARIA

Abstract

La asignatura obligatoria “Música", de 2º curso del Grado en Maestro de Educación Primaria de nuestra universidad, pretende desarrollar en el futuro maestro un conocimiento básico de los fundamentos musicales y su aplicación didáctica. Sin embargo, después de impartirse durante 3 cursos académicos, se observó que el repertorio vocal e instrumental elegido no motivaba a los estudiantes. Nuestro objetivo como docentes fue conseguir el interés por la materia empleando un repertorio basado en la música popular contemporánea que al mismo tiempo potenciase la educación en valores. Para ello, basándonos en la investigación-acción, realizamos el diseño y la puesta en práctica de un proyecto grupal interdisciplinar: La movida madrileña.
