El teatro de Federico García Lorca: Recurrencia de lo siniestro

Abstract

El propósito del presente trabajo es demostrar la efectiva existencia del concepto de lo siniestro en la obra de Federico García Lorca, particularmente en las manifestaciones teatrales pertenecientes al Ciclo Neoyorquino, y ahondar en la repercusión en el receptor, tanto en cuanto lector como en cuanto espectador. Para ello, dicho concepto será definido y observaremos cómo es posible seguir su trayectoria desde la Antropología hasta la Literatura, pasando por todas las disciplinas relacionadas con el pensamiento y la Filosofía. Este estudio partirá de lo general para llegar a lo particular: Desde la concreción de lo siniestro descubriremos cómo las premisas esbozadas como universales van tomando forma en las obras particulares que, en su totalidad, definen el imaginario del autor.

The purpose of this research paper is to prove the effective existence of the concept of the sinister in Federico García Lorca's work, particularly in his theatrical manifestations belonging to his "Ciclo Neoyorquino", as well as to go in depth about its effect on the receiver, both as a reader and spectator. For this purpose, the already stated concept will be defined noticing how it is possible to follow its development from Anthropology to Literature, going through all the disciplines related to thinking and Philosophy. This analysis will turn from the general into the particular: From the sinister notion we will realize how the generally accepted premises are taking shape in the specific works, which as a whole, establish the author's view.
