El objetivo principal y fundamental de esta investigación, es la cultura democrática de
Guinea Ecuatorial, la cual, ha manifestado y manifiesta una violencia política desde el 12 de
Octubre del año 1968 hasta nuestros días. Nuestras investigaciones se centrarán en un rango
temporal que comprende, desde la denominada “toma de la independencia”, hasta la violencia
política que acompaña al país en los precisos momentos de nuestra actualidad política,
familiar y demás amigos del régimen. Durante esta investigación, tendremos siempre
presente, los dos grandes periodos de gobiernos que han marcado la historia de Guinea
Ecuatorial, después de la independencia, que son precisamente: El régimen de Francisco
Macías Nguema Biyogo (desde el año 1968 hasta 1979) y el régimen de Teodoro Obiang
Nguema Mbasogo (desde el año 1979 hasta nuestros días).
