Estudio de los valores para la empleabilidad en formación profesional

Abstract

En un momento de crisis económica donde el porcentaje de desempleados de entre 20 a 30 años en España es muy preocupante, la juventud debe estar más preparada que nunca para su inserción al mercado laboral, con el deseo añadido de un empleo digno y duradero. A raíz de estas reflexiones nace nuestro deseo de realizar una investigación empírica relativa a la empleabilidad de adolescentes de Formación Profesional Reglada de la Provincia de Granada cuyos estudios estén a punto de finalizar y cuyas expectativas laborales son inciertas. Pero, ¿Esta juventud está preparada para acceder a este mercado?, ¿La forma en que se plantea la vida se lo facilita o se lo dificulta?, ¿Qué importancia tienen las demandas de los empleadores para este colectivo? A través de nuestra investigación observamos hasta qué punto afecta y hasta qué punto están preparados para acceder al mercado laboral y proponemos una serie de aplicaciones pedagógicas y educativas interesantes para los centros de Formación Profesional.

In a moment of economic crisis where the percentage of unemployed from among 20 to 30 years in Spain is very worrying, the youth should be more prepared that never for its insertion to the labor market, with the desire added of a lasting and worthy employment. Because of these reflections is born our desire to carry out an empirical investigation relating to the Regulated vocational training adolescents employability of the Province of Granada whose studies be on the verge of finalizing and whose labor expectations are uncertain. But, ¿This youth is prepared to agree to this market?, ¿The form in which the life be planted is facilitated it or is complicated it?, ¿What importance they have the demands of the employers for this collective one? Through our investigation we observe up to what point affects and even what point they are prepared to agree to the labor market and we propose a series of interesting educational and pedagogical applications for the centers of vocational training.
