abstract = {El artículo describe y analiza el proceso socio-histórico por medio del cual se constituyeron las relaciones entre blanco-mestizos, negros e indígenas Awá, en el municipio de Tumaco, departamento de Nariño, en Colombia. Se introduce el concepto de relaciones fronterizas como un elemento que permite interpretar el tipo de relaciones fluctuantes que allí se constituyen alrededor de factores tan importantes como el cultivo, elaboración y comercialización de la coca. El artículo muestra, asimismo, la importancia de los discursos de clase en la construcción de sujetos e imaginarios en Colombia y en la región de estudio.},
abstract = {This paper describes and analyzes the social as well as historical process by means of which the relationships were built among white-mestizos, blacks, and indigenous Awá in the municipality of Tumaco, department of Nariño in Colombia. The concept of border relationships is introduced as an element that allows us to interpret the type of fluctuating relationships around factors as important as the cultivation, processing, and commercialization of the coca. The article shows the importance of the class speeches also in the construction of fellows and imaginary in Colombia and in the study region.},
