abstract = {A lo largo de las últimas décadas, han aparecido diversos estudios e investigaciones que tratan de determinar los rasgos más significativos y comunes que pueden asociarse al colectivo de estudiantes de Magisterio, tratando de realizar un análisis sociológico y conocer cuales son las expectativas profesionales del contexto institucional de la Facultad de Educación y Humanidades de la Universidad de Granada en su Campus de Melilla. Para ello, se ha llevado a cabo un estudio longitudinal comprendido entre el curso 2002-2003 hasta el curso 2005-2006 con 412 alumnos de nuevo ingreso en las distintas especialidades de la Diplomatura de Magisterio en el citado centro. Con tal motivo se elaboró una encuesta con carácter anónimo con ítems del tipo estado civil, género, edad, lugar de residencia habitual, profesión del padre y profesión de la madre, en la categoría de datos sociológicos; y en cuanto a datos de tipo académico se preguntó sobre estudios previos realizados, opción de estudios durante el bachillerato, nota media de bachillerato y de selectividad, orden de prioridad en la elección de estudios de magisterio, momento en que se decidió a estudiar magisterio, motivos por los que se eligió esta carrera y, por último, expectativas de continuar un segundo ciclo universitario.},
