      <dc:description>The present article is a critical comment on the historiographical novelties about networks, prosopography, and social history of economy in the Northen Crown of Castile from late medieval to early modern times (1450-1550). It thus analysis the evolution of historiographical trends from pioneer works to nowadays state of the question. It finally offers some suggestions for future research.</dc:description>
