The authors of the article pay special attention to the field of application of covid vocabulary and the circumstances of coronavirus infection that have affected the entire world community. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the systematization of neologisms during the pandemic and in identifying its influence on the expansion of the lexical stock of the English-speaking community.
