It is important to discover how AI may help, in which sectors AI would have a useful impact, and what kind of safeguards should be implemented to avoid the difficulties in using AI. The work takes into consideration the impact of the proposed EU Regulation for AI. El objetivo de este trabajo es contribuir a identificar el potencial real del uso de herramientas de IA no sólo para promover la eficiencia de los sistemas judiciales, sino para fortalecer las garantías del Estado de Derecho, junto con la calidad del sistema público de justicia, descubriendo el papel que las sociedades modernas deben dar al uso de la IA y los sistemas expertos. Es importante descubrir cómo la IA puede ayudar, en qué sectores la IA tendría un impacto útil, y qué tipo de salvaguardias deben considerarse para evitar las dificultades en el uso de la IA.
