This comprehensive analysis has been conducted mainly from the point of view of tax law, although the complexity of the issue has forced even begin to analyze also their relations with the Commercial Law and Accounting.&#xd;
Despite being based in the legislation at the time of writing, 1994-1995, it is noteworthy that what is presented is a general theory of depreciation which makes the content of this book constitutes an instrument of support and consultation for those who need to broaden their knowledge of the legal requirements of tax depreciation.</dc:description>
