Great efforts are made to attend to the needs of a technological society, based on the use of information and communications technology (ICT) in the classroom, by identifying the factors that in-fluence the teaching and learning process (students); in two bilingual spanish-english public institutions, dependant on the Madrid community Ministry of Education, from an analytical-descriptive approach. Structural, behavioral and instrumental variables are examined for the study.
