diversidad cultural y la construcción de la diferencia; de dos contextos: España y&#xd;
Estados Unidos; y de dos ámbitos de gestión política e intervención: educación y&#xd;
sanidad, podremos observar cómo existen lógicas y dinámicas que, creando y&#xd;
reproduciendo diferencias y fronteras étnico-culturales, generan desigualdad entre&#xd;
colectivos que continúan siendo reiteradamente esencializados. Y todo ello bajo el&#xd;
paraguas de procesos de reconocimiento de la diversidad cultural definidos como&#xd;
“interculturales”.</dc:description>
      <dc:description>Through various researches with the same unit of analysis: the management of cultural&#xd;
diversity and the construction of difference; two contexts: Spain and the United States;&#xd;
and two areas of management and policy intervention: education and health, we will&#xd;
show the existence of some dynamics that create and reproduce differences and&#xd;
cultural-ethnic boundaries. Those logics generate inequality between groups that are&#xd;
essentialized continuously. And all of it taking into account that the public&#xd;
managements analysed understand themselves as processes of recognition of 'cultural&#xd;
diversity' in terms of 'interculturality'.</dc:description>
