Learners will have to carry out a discourse analysis considering sociocultural parameters. They call upon their&#xd;
intercultural competence to analyze the discourse and operate intercultural readings.&#xd;
We have presented several examples of novels and writers, such as Assia Djebbar Mouloud Mammeri, Kateb&#xd;
Yacine, etc., to interpret and understand cultural models in mother tongue and foreign language.</dc:description>
