The article focuses on the collection and transmission of the news about the earthquakes with a global viewpoint thanks to the structure of the Hispanic Monarchy. In addition to the introduction and conclusions, the essay is formed of three paragraphs. The first part examines the communication system within Hispanic administration; the second presents the formal features of the disaster writings.
