De nuevo sobre el fraude en el deporte

Abstract

La corrupción instaurada en nuestra sociedad también se refleja en el deporte. Estamos viviendo unos momentos convulsos en esta materia. Cada final de temporada regresan los fantasmas de la compra de partidos u otro tipo de enfrentamientos deportivos a través de un mundo infinito, como el de las apuestas en el que se consiguen enormes beneficios económicos, expandido en sobremanera a través de internet. En este trabajo se pretende detectar el problema del amaño de partidos, pruebas y competiciones, además de cómo interviene el Derecho penal para prevenir dicho problema, para poder salvaguardar el fair play en el ámbito deportivo.

Corruption established in our society is also reflected in the field of sport. We are experiencing a tumultuous period in this matter. Each final seasonbrings back the ghost of purchasing games, or other kind of sports showdowns throughout an infinite world such as betting in which huge economic benefits are obtained, spread enormously by means of the internet. This paper aims to detect the problema of matchfixing and competitions, besides how Criminal law intervenes in order to prevent such problema, and protect the fair play in the field of sport.
