La intervención con adolescentes en medio abierto desde el marco de la justicia juvenil

Abstract

Se muestra la intervención que se desarrolla al amparo de Ley 5/200 de responsabilidad penal del menor desde la entidad encargada de la ejecución de la medidas judiciales en medio abierto en la provincia de Granada. Se aborda el marco teórico y metodológico que respalda las intervenciones a realizar desde cada una de la medidas judiciales previstas, y que apuestan por la incorporación de los valores y principios que emanan tanto de la ley mencionada como de los diferentes tratados internacionales en materia de justicia juvenil. Igualmente incorpora modelos teóricos punteros en la atención a la delincuencia juvenil y que cuenta con contrastada evidencia científica.

The intervention that is carried out under Law 5/200 on criminal responsibility of minors from the entity in charge of the execution of judicial measures in the open environment in the province of Granada is shown. The theoretical and methodological framework that supports the interventions to be carried out from each of the planned judicial measures is addressed, and that are committed to the incorporation of the values ​​and principles that emanate from both the aforementioned law and the different international treaties on justice. youth. It also incorporates cutting-edge theoretical models in addressing juvenile delinquency and that has proven scientific evidence.
