La psicología de la Gestalt como estrategia de concientización del cuidado del otro y de sí mismo de los estudiantes de la Institución Universitaria Pascual Bravo de la ciudad de Medellín, Colombia

Abstract

Este artículo tiene como objetivo principal conocer los diferentes tipos de consumo problemático que se dan al interior de la Institución Universitaria Pascual Bravo de la ciudad de Medellín - Colombia por parte de los estudiantes y que están afectando la salud, las relaciones sociales, familiares y académicas llegando a una situación problemática que genera situaciones de conflicto y afecta la buena comunicación y convivencia a nivel social y ambiental. Desde el punto de vista metodológico, esta investigación se caracteriza por tener un enfoque cualitativo, de tipo descriptiva y con un diseño no experimental -transaccional, bibliográfico, donde se logra contrastar la realidad en cuanto al consumo problemático en los estudiantes universitarios. A su vez, para la realización de la misma se utilizó como técnica de recolección de datos, la observación documental y el análisis de contenido. Los resultados de este trabajo demostraron los consumos problemáticos que se viven en la Institución Universitaria Pascual Bravo están afectando a muchos estudiantes, en aspectos como su salud, las relaciones sociales, familiares y académicas, llegando a una problemática que genera situaciones de conflicto afectando la buena comunicación y convivencia universitaria a nivel social y ambiental.

The main objective of this article is to know the different types of problematic consumption that occur within the Pascual Bravo University Institution of the city of Medellín - Colombia by students and that are affecting health, social, family and academic relationships. reaching a problematic situation that generates conflict situations and affects good communication and coexistence at a social and environmental level. From the methodological point of view, this research is characterized by having a qualitative approach, of a descriptive type and with a non-experimental - transactional, bibliographic design, where it is possible to contrast the reality regarding problematic consumption in university students. In turn, for the realization of the same was used as data collection technique, documentary observation and content analysis. The results of this work showed that the problematic consumption that is experienced in the Pascual Bravo University Institution is affecting many students, in aspects such as their health, social, family and academic relationships, reaching a problem that generates conflict situations affecting the good communication and university coexistence at a social and environmental level.
