Perfil de la población joven en la formación continua del sector construcción en la Región de Murcia

Abstract

La construcción es una de las industrias más importantes para nuestra economía e intenta estar en vanguardia con los avances tecnológicos y de seguridad y salud laboral, siendo la formación continua una de las herramientas más útiles para ello. El presente estudio tiene por objetivo realizar una radiografía sobre el perfil de la población joven que forma parte del sector de la construcción, a través del estudio de la formación obligatoria que se requiere para cumplir con el VII Convenio General del Sector y para conocer el estado actual de la situación en cuanto a su futuro, ayudando así, a conocer nuevos caminos para atraer el necesario talento que el sector necesita en la Región de Murcia. Implementado una metodología cuantitativa que define este trabajo desde el paradigma descriptivo, se conocen aspectos sobre la edad, sexo, situación laboral, categoría profesional y nivel de estudios de los participantes, comprobando la escasa presencia de la mujer, así como que la mayoría de los usuarios están ocupados, cursan mayoritariamente formación de convenio y tienen un bajo nivel de educación, particularidades que ayudarán y orientarán a los agentes sociales sobre las líneas a seguir para mantener en vanguardia y de manera competitiva al sector.

Abstract: Construction is one of the most important industries for our economy and tries to be at the forefront of technological advances and occupational health and safety, with continuous training being one of the most useful tools for this. The objective of this study is to carry out an x-ray of the profile of the young population that is part of the construction sector, through the study of the mandatory training that is required to comply with the VII General Agreement of the Sector and to know the status current situation and its future, thus helping to discover new paths to attract the necessary talent that the sector needs in the Region of Murcia. Having implemented a quantitative methodology that defines this work from the descriptive paradigm, aspects are known about the age, sex, employment situation, professional category and level of education of the participants, verifying the limited presence of women, as well as that the majority of Users are busy, they mostly take formal training and have a low level of education, particularities that will help and guide social agents on the lines to follow to keep the sector at the forefront and competitive.
