Susurrantes, el lugar de encuentro del susurro y del teatro transmedia

Abstract

En el presente artículo se analiza la propuesta de teatro transmedia Susurrantes (2014-2021), creada por el director franco-uruguayo Sergio Blanco y nacida en el Proyecto Europeo Crossing Stages, liderado por el Aula de las Artes de la Universidad Carlos III con el objetivo de llevar los mitos de la cultura clásica a la Europa contemporánea a través de las artes escénicas. Por medio de este análisis nos acercamos a la figura del transmedia en el territorio performativo y a la convivencia de ámbitos que a menudo parecen distanciados: el teatro, la tecnología y la educación.

In this article we will try to approach transmedia theater and its multiple forms through the analysis of the urban performance Susurrantes (2014-2021) created by the French- Uruguayan director Sergio Blanco. This performance emerged in the frame of the “Crossing Stages European Project” led by the Aula de las Artes of the Carlos III University (Madrid) with the aim of bringing the myths of classical culture to the contemporary European scene through the performing arts. Through this analysis we will approach the role of transmedia in the performative field and the coexistence of scopes that often seem distanced from each other, such as theater, technology and education.
