dc.description.abstractEl traslado del cuartel de la Guardia Civil de Guadix a un nuevo emplazamiento abre incógnitas acerca del destino del antiguo edificio, construido por la Dirección General de Regiones Devastadas entre 1942 y 1944. Diseñado para el cumplimento de una función concreta, constituye un elemento sustancial del patrimonio cultural accitano, se impone una reflexión sobre su futuro a través del recorrido por la presencia urbana de la institución desde el siglo XIX.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe relocation of the Civil Guard section-house of Guadix to a new site raises ques- tions regarding the fate of the old building, put up 1942-1944 by the Authority for Ravaged Areas. Designed to fulfil a specific purpose, it is a substantial element of the cultural heri- tage of Guadix, requiring some reflection on its future via a review of the urban presence of the institution since the 19th century.es_ES
