Abstract
This review of the structure of the Nasrid economy seeks to go beyong a simple description of a series of productive activities. We believe that economyc behaviors, understood as reflections of social dynamics, serve as an important tool for interpreting the Nasrid world and understanding the trasnsitional nature of its society.
