Abstract

Como material docente, se expone en este trabajo las distintas instituciones jurídicas que existieron a lo largo de las diversas etapas históricas del Derecho romano. Apreciándose que su evolución no es más que el resultado de la transformación de la sociedad romana, en general, y de la familia, en particular. Todo ello, siempre acorde, con el sistema político imperante en cada momento.

As teaching material, this work exposes the different legal institutions that existed throughout the various historical stages of Roman Law. It is appreciated that its evolution is nothing more than the result of the transformation of Roman society, in general, and of the family, in particular. All this, always in accordance, with the prevailing political system at all times.
