Factores afectivos en la enseñanza de español como lengua extranjera en contextos sinohablantes: una revisión de la literatura

Abstract

La presente investigación ofrece una visión panorámica de la influencia que ejercen los factores afectivos en el aprendizaje de lenguas, en general, y en la enseñanza de ELE en particular, poniendo el foco en el contexto sinohablante como elemento diferenciador. Para ello, partimos de una descripción sucinta de los diferentes componentes que integran la competencia existencial para, posteriormente, analizar en detalle los resultados de las principales aportaciones existentes en la literatura vigente a partir de la revisión de variables como la motivación, la ansiedad, los estilos de aprendizaje y el autoconcepto de este perfil de aprendiente. Con ello, pretendemos arrojar luz sobre el estado actual de la cuestión, compartir nuevos interrogantes y, sobre todo, facilitar claves de actuación necesarias para aquellos enseñantes e investigadores que deseen iniciar su periplo docente en la República Popular China.

The present research offers an overview of the influence of affective factors in language learning in general and in the teaching of SFL in particular, with a focus on the Sino- speaking context as a differentiating element. To this end, we start with a brief description of the different components that make up existential competence to later analyse in detail the results of the main contributions existing in the current literature from the review of variables such as motivation, anxiety, learning styles and the self-concept of this specific learner profile. Our aim is to shed light on the current state of affairs, to share new questions and, above all, to provide the necessary guidelines for those teachers and researchers who wish to begin their teaching journey in the People’s Republic of China.
