Perfil del futuro docente de matemáticas en la enseñanza del límite infinito de sucesiones

Abstract

En este estudio se pretenden describir perfiles del futuro docente de matemáticas en relación con la enseñanza del límite infinito de una sucesión. Para ello, se conformaron grupos focales en los que el futuro profesorado dialogó sobre la manera en la que se abordaría la enseñanza de este límite y, posteriormente, se estableció un análisis de coincidencias reticular, con el que presentar la aparición de un conjunto de sucesos mediante un grafo. Los resultados arrojados permitieron determinan cómo el profesorado en formación empleará el enfoque intuitivo y formal en sus comentarios sobre la enseñanza del límite infinito de una sucesión. Además, analizamos si la formación es una variable a tener en cuenta en las respuestas de los futuros docentes a tareas relacionadas con el límite infinito

The aim of this study is to describe the profiles of future mathematics teachers regarding the teaching of the infinite limit of a sequence. For this purpose, focus groups were formed in which pre-service teachers discussed the way in which they would approach the teaching of this limit and, subsequently, an analysis of reticular coincidences was established, with which to present the occurrence of a set of events by means of a graph. The results obtained made it possible to determine how the pre-service teachers will use the intuitive and formal approach in their comments on the teaching of the infinite limit of a sequence. In addition, we analyze whether training is a variable to be considered in the responses of pre-service teachers to tasks related to the infinite limit.
