Abstract

La obra pictórica de José María Velasco sirve como figura retórica a estas reflexiones para iniciar un recorrido por las posibilidades que entraña el paisaje de vivificar los cuerpos que lo habitan a través de las lecturas que a su vez es posible realizar a la obra cuentista de Juan Rulfo y desde los dos personajes que constantemente los traman: el territorio y sus pobladores. Todo ello para terminar comprendiendo que dicho territorio no es otra cosa que el camino andado a lo largo de la obra de Martin Heidegger y expuesto constantemente con una recurrencia irreductible en ella, a la oscuridad también que Henry David Thoreau descubre en su paseos por los bosque de Walden Pond, donde clarea el sentido de la Tierra a la luz del conocimiento de sí.

The pictorial work of José María Velasco serves as a rhetorical figure for these reflections to begin a journey through the possibilities that the landscape entails to enliven the bodies that inhabit it through the readings that in turn it is possible to carry out the storytelling work of Juan Rulfo and from the two characters that constantly plot them: the territory and its inhabitants. All this to end by understanding that this territory is nothing other than the path traveled throughout the work of Martin Heidegger and constantly exposed with an irreducible recurrence in it, also to the darkness that Henry David Thoreau discovers in his walks through the woods from Walden Pond, where the sense of the Earth clarifies in the light of self-knowledge.
