Percepción del profesorado ante el Cyberbullying y detección de necesidades formativas del perfil competencial docente

Abstract

En el estudio llevado a cabo por este grupo de investigación se analizan, a través de un cuestionario validado, las distintas atribuciones causales del fenómeno del Cyberbullying que realiza una muestra de 653 futuros docentes en Formación del Máster de Profesorado en Educación Secundaria y las posibles diferencias en las atribuciones causales que se derivan entre ellos. El trabajo que aquí presentamos pretende analizar el fenómeno del acoso a través de las nuevas tecnologías, prestando especial interés a la atribución causal de los docentes sobre el fenómeno del Cyberbullying y, por consiguiente, la posible detección de necesidades formativas de los docentes en formación del Máster de Formación de profesorado en Educación Secundaria Obligatoria, Bachillerato, Formación Profesional y Enseñanza en Idiomas. Se concluye con la necesidad de realizar un ajuste competencial en los futuros docentes como consecuencia de la detección de necesidad de formación en el fenómeno estudiado.

Abstract: The study analyzed the different causal attributions of the Cyberbullying phenomenon were carried out by a sample of 653 future teachers in Teacher Training for the master’s degree in Secondary Education and the possible differences are analyzed too, through a validated questionnaire. in the causal attributions that derive between them. The aim of the work that we present here, is to analyze the phenomenon of bullying through new technologies, paying special attention to the causal attribution of teachers about the phenomenon of Cyberbullying and, therefore, the possible detection of training needs of teachers in training of the Master Teacher Training in Secondary Education, Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Language Teaching. It concludes with the need to perform a competence adjustment in future teachers because of the detection of the need for training in the phenomenon studied.
