La importancia de la oratoria, la retórica y el debate jurídico en la docencia del Derecho en general y del Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social en particular

Abstract

En este proyecto de innovación y buenas prácticas docentes abordaremos la poca o casi nula importancia que actualmente se otorga a la oratoria (RAE: Arte de hablar con elocuencia), a la retórica (RAE: arte de bien decir, de dar al lenguaje escrito o hablado eficacia bastante para deleitar, persuadir o conmover) y al debate jurídico del Derecho en general y del Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social en particular.

This project of innovation and good teaching practices entitled “The importance of the oratory, the rhetoric and the legal debate in the teaching of the Law in general and of the Labour and Social Security Law in particular” has achieved the described objectives. Moreover, the team has participated in the following activities as above mentioned: − International Congress about “Innovación Docente e Investigación en Educación Superior: Cambios en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de las Áreas de Conocimiento”, with two symposiums, papers, communications, posters and chapters of book published. − International Congress about “Innovación Docente e Investigación en Educación Superior: Retos de la actualización en la enseñanza de las Áreas de Conocimiento”, with two symposiums, papers, communications, posters and chapters of book (in process). − Teaching innovation Congress about “TICs en el ejercicio de la profesión de abogado y docencia. Nuevas realidades”. − Two chapters of book in the following teaching collective book of Tirant lo Blanch Publisher: “Innovación Metodológica y buenas prácticas docentes en el ámbito del Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social”. − Course “Applied english for academic purposes”. − We are carrying out the teaching collective book in the Comares Publisher entitled: “The importance of the oratory, the rhetoric and the legal debate in the teaching of the Law in general and of the Labour and Social Security Law in particular”.
