Abstract

Se plantea si la nutrición artificial está en el nivel de acción máxima organoespecífica. Demostrada la importancia de las proporciones de aminoácidos y su influencia sobre el "turnover" proteico se propone una sistemática para mejorar la acción organoespecífica de una fórmula nutritiva.

This article sets out establish whether artificial nutrition is at the organospecific level of maximum action. Once the importance the amino acid rate has been shown and their influence over the proteic turnover, a systematization to improve the organospecific action of a nutritive formula is put forward.
