De arpía a parásito. La insolidaridad intergeneracional en los mitos andinos

Abstract

Desde el análisis de un grupo mítico, el artículo reconstruye teóricamente la configuración axiológica y simbólica proyectada en los mitos andinos. Demuestra que la solidaridad/insolidaridad es el valor/desvalor dominante, y que se halla interconectado sistémicamente con otros jerárquicamente inferiores. Se muestra el papel de la metáfora de regresión del orden cultural al natural como operadora del proceso social, que sanciona míticamente a los transgresores del funcionamiento del sistema de valores andinos. Es importante destacar el simbolismo del cóndor, el puma, el halcón, el gallinazo, el zorro, el zorrino, el papagayo, el piojo y la pulga; del tamborcillo; y de la fertilidad y la infertilidad.

Through the analysis of a mythical group, this article reconstructs theoretically the axiological and symbolic configuration projected in Andean myths. It demonstrates that the solidarity/lack of solidarity is the dominant value/devalue and it is interconnected with other ones that are hierarchically inferior. The function of the metaphor of regression from the cultural order to the natural one is shown as an operator of social process, which sanctions mythically those who transgress the operation of the system of Andean values. It is important to highlight the symbolism of condor, puma, hawk, vulture, fox, marmot, parrot, louse and flea; of the small drum; and of fertility or infertility.
