Tradiciones culturales y legitimación del poder masculino

Abstract

En este artículo se analizan tres hechos conflictivos que se están desarrollando durante los últimos años en España. Aunque con características distintas, los tres procesos han surgido con el objetivo de conseguir la equiparación de igualdad de derechos entre hombres y mujeres. El propósito del artículo es el de contextualizar los tres conflictos en el marco de la tradición reivindicativa del movimiento feminista, contra la exclusión femenina; también el de mostrar aspectos relevantes de las relaciones de poder presentes en los procesos de construcción y cambio de los órdenes sociales y culturales.

This article analyses three conflictive issues which have arisen in the last few years in Spain. These three processes, although different, have emerged with the objective of achieving equal rights for men and women. The intention of this article is to contextualize these three conflicts within the framework of the Feminist Movement's demand-making tradition, which struggles against female exclusion; it also aims to show relevant aspects of the power relationships in the processes of construction and change of the social and cultural orders.
