Los bienes comunes en el pensamiento de Stefano Rodotà

Abstract

Stefano Rodotà fue uno de los grandes juristas italianos de la segunda mitad del siglo XX e impulsor del debate sobre los bienes comunes. En este artículo nos centraremos en los puntos más importantes de la teoría jurídica de Rodotà en relación a la propiedad privada, los bienes comunes y la institucionalización de la solidaridad, así como en sus posibles límites.

Stefano Rodotà was one of the great Italian jurists of the second half of the 20th century and the leading proponent of the debate on the common goods. In this paper we will focus on the most important points of Rodotà's legal theory in relation to private property, the common goods and the institutionalisation of solidarity, as well as its possible limits.
